Job summary

Deaconess Health System in Evansville, IN is seeking a Registered Nurse in the EP Lab to provide direct patient care during diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures, using strong clinical judgment and evidence-based practice.

You will supervise care, coordinate procedural flow, educate patients and families, and participate in a structured call rotation to support emergent cardiac cases. This is a high-call position requiring teamwork.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Indiana or a compact state.
• Experience in ICU, ED, PACU, or procedural nursing is preferred.

Job Overview

As a Registered Nurse (RN) in the EP Lab, you will provide direct patient care while using strong clinical judgment, assessment skills, and evidence-based practice to support safe and effective cardiac procedures.

You will care for patients undergoing diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures, supporting them throughout their procedural experience. This role includes supervising and coordinating care, assisting with procedure room flow, and providing education and reassurance to patients and families.

Flexibility is essential, including participation in a structured call rotation to support emergent cardiac cases. This is a high call position.

What Youll Do
