• Create and maintain a safe, therapeutic environment for patients, staff, and visitors.

• Administer medications and IV therapies safely and accurately.
• Take personal accountability for performance, professional growth, and development.
• Utilize the nursing process to ensure quality care during the patient episode.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
