Job summary

Specialtouch in New York is seeking a dedicated RN to manage nursing care for an assigned caseload, support field nurses, and ensure timely, accurate documentation. We are a leading home care provider across NYC and Westchester.

You will collaborate with patients, families, physicians, insurance case managers, and our interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and maintain compliance with agency standards.

Qualifications

• Valid NY RN license in good standing.
• Associate’s degree required; BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate nursing care for assigned patients.
• Guide and support field nurses; serve as a clinical resource.
• Review clinical documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Communicate with patients/families, physicians, insurance case managers, and internal teams to advance safe, timely care.

Description

Manage nursing care for an assigned caseload, support field nurses, and ensure timely, accurate, and compliant documentation. Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, insurance case managers, and our interdisciplinary team to facilitate appropriate, high-quality care.

Requirements

• Qualifications
• Valid NY RN license in good standing.
• Associate’s degree required; BSN preferred.
• 2+ years nursing experience (minimum).
• 1+ year home care experience (required).
• Strong communication and computer skills

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $85,000 (annual)
• Medical: Individual medical coverage with a minor employee contribution
• Paid Time Off: 4 weeks PTO annually

Schedule: Full-time, 5 days/week, 35-40 hours per week
