Job summary

Dove Healthcare in Wisconsin is seeking a Nurse Case Manager to mentor and educate a team of caregivers while coordinating and overseeing patient care. You will supervise daily resident activities, coordinate nursing services, and ensure plans of care remain compliant and up to date.

Join a full-time role with an on-call rotation and a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Eligible candidates hold WI RN licensure, a nursing degree, and a wound care certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active (RN) licensure in Wisconsin required.
• Degree from an accredited school of nursing.
• Wound care certification is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day activities of residents and staff.
• Coordinate, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing services for each resident.
• Review and audit compliance with patient care plans and changing needs.
• Provide a safe, home-like environment for residents.
• Participate in an on-call rotation.

• supervise the day-to-day activities of assigned residents and employees

• participate in an on-call rotation

Required Qualifications:

• current licensure in the State of Wisconsin as a registered nurse (RN)
• degree from an accredited school of nursing
• wound care certification is preferred
