Primary Function

MiraSol Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join us full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:30-5:00. The successful candidate will be responsible for patient care and coordination with the interdisciplinary team. RN duties include assessing, planning, implementing, monitoring and evaluating actions required to meet the client’s physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. Come enjoy manageable caseloads and the ability to provide quality care based on patient need. Previous hospice case management or home health experience is a plus but not required. Dependable transportation is a must. We look forward to meeting you!
