Job summary
Spectrum Healthcare Resources has a potential opportunity for an experienced RN Case Manager to support patients receiving care for Traumatic Brain Injuries at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, AK. This is a full-time role coordinating specialized care for our military community.
The position emphasizes collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, development of individualized care plans, and ongoing monitoring of patient progress to support recovery and readiness.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in nursing (or higher) from an ACEN- or CCNE-accredited program.
- Current, unrestricted RN license in the United States.
- 3 years of RN Case Management experience within the last 4 years.
- Case Management certification (CCM, CDMS, CRRN, or other PWS-approved credential).
- Current BLS certification.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate care for patients with traumatic brain injuries.
- Develop individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans.
- Collaborate with specialists and multidisciplinary teams.
- Monitor patient progress and coordinate follow-up services.

- Typically Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM
