Maplewood Rehab and Nursing in Massachusetts is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct nursing care to residents under the supervision of the RN Shift Supervisor.

The role includes supervising nursing assistants, maintaining ongoing communication with families and the interdisciplinary team, and participating in continuing education to uphold nursing best practices and licensure.

Qualifications

• Must be a Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing with an active license.
• General work experience in a hospital, long-term care facility, or other related healthcare setting is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents under the supervision of the RN Shift Supervisor
• Oversee day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants
• Maintain communication with residents, their families, and interdisciplinary team members to provide a supportive and effective care environment
• Supervise nursing assistants to ensure the delivery of high-quality care to residents
• Report directly to the RN Shift Supervisor
• Participate in ongoing educational programs to maintain licensure and stay up-to-date with nursing best practices
