Benedictine Health System in Wisconsin is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our compassionate care team. The RN performs assessments, develops care plans, administers medications, and monitors resident outcomes in a not-for-profit senior care setting.

Qualificações

• Must hold current state RN licensure in good standing.
• Strong organizational skills to assess, plan, implement and evaluate resident care.

• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.

Responsabilidades

• The RN develops and implements appropriate plan of care based on assessment and diagnosis tailored to meet each individual’s needs.
• The RN demonstrates knowledge of medications and their correct administration.
• The RN plans for and provides resident, family and caregiver education.
