Serotonin Centers in New Jersey is seeking a Registered Nurse to create and manage individual patient care plans. You will observe, document, and adjust plans with attention to detail and compassion while applying current nursing practices and communicating effectively about patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in state of employment
• Previous experience as a Registered Nurse is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and client care skills
• Valid driver’s license
• First aid/CPR certification required

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with other colleagues to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans
• Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects or reactions
• Document any changes in patient conditions and report on changes
• Maintain accurate records of patient care and discuss observations with the supervisor
• Provide health coaching to clients
• Sales are a must
