Vetted Solutions is seeking a Registered Nurse to join a mixed Cardiac, Telemetry, Neuro, and Stroke Unit in Illinois. The role involves bedside and telehealth patient care, monitoring patient status, education, discharge planning, and accurate documentation using EPIC.

Required: Associate Degree in Nursing, active Illinois RN license, CPR certification; ACLS and NIHSS within six months. Preferred: BSN and 1+ year inpatient experience.
