Mercyhealth is seeking an RN to provide comprehensive nursing care in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. You will perform assessments, plan and evaluate care, and administer medications in accordance with policy and state law.
The role requires ADN at hire and prefers BSN; licensure as RN in the state and CPR/BLS within 90 days. Opportunities exist for professional growth and involvement in patient education and safety initiatives.
Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
ADN required upon hire, BSN preferred.
May require specific years of applicable experience to qualify per department guidelines.
May include color blind test per department guidelines.
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization policies and applicable laws.
Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Supervises nursing support staff as appropriate.
