Formación

• 1-2 years of nursing experience with cardiac telemetry preferred.
• Telemetry and hospital experience required or preferred.
• ACLS certification within 6 months for the Adult EDs; PALS within 1 year for some EDs.
• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) required.

Responsabilidades

• Provides for patient needs using the nursing process and hospital mission.
• Coordinate care provided by ancillary services.
• Involve patients and families in developing the plan of care.
• Educate patients and families about disease processes and care plans.
• Act as patient advocate and engage with physicians and departments.
• Participate in staff meetings and unit activities.
