You will assess and plan care for medically complex patients, triage using strong clinical judgment, and coordinate with physicians and staff to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care throughout the surgical journey.

Qualifications

Massachusetts RN license is required.
Current BLS/CPR certification is required.
Minimum of two years nursing experience.
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Independently assess, develop, and implement care plans for patients with complex medical and psychosocial needs.
Perform high-quality patient triage using strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.

Our Cardiac Surgery team provides specialized outpatient care for patients undergoing cardiac surgical evaluation, treatment, and follow‑up, working closely with cardiac surgeons, advanced practice providers, and multidisciplinary care teams to deliver exceptional patient-centered care. The Registered Nurse (RN) role offers the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients throughout their surgical journey while supporting complex clinical care, coordinating services, and helping patients achieve the best possible outcomes. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled nurse who enjoys working collaboratively in a fast‑paced specialty practice focused on advanced cardiac care.

The Registered Nurse (RN) Will:

Required Skills

Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license.

Typically, a new hire can expect a starting salary somewhere in the lower part of the range. Actual salaries may vary by position and will be determined based on the candidate's relevant experience. No employee will be paid below the minimum of the range. Pay ranges are listed as hourly for non‑exempt employees and based on assumed full time commitment for exempt employees.

Minimum - Midpoint - Maximum $72,800.00 - $101,774.00 - $130,728.00
