Job summary

Live Well Homecare is seeking a Registered Nurse for Evanston Hospital on a 36-hour weekly schedule, with Monday–Friday evenings into nights and rotating weekends. The role focuses on delivering high-quality nursing care to diverse patient populations.

You will use the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate care, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor unlicensed staff while prioritizing patient safety and outcomes.

Qualifications

• BSN degree preferred.
• Current IL RN licensure required.
• BLS/CPR certification mandatory.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
