Job summary

Live Well Homecare is seeking an inpatient nurse to provide comprehensive patient care, assess needs, and develop, implement, and evaluate care plans. You will coordinate multidisciplinary efforts to ensure optimal outcomes in a clinical setting.

The role requires delivering compassionate, patient-centered care, working evening or night shifts, and participating in holiday and weekend rotations while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing (required).
