Job description

We are seeking a registered nurse for a full-time night shift position in the Cardiac Stepdown department.

• Responsibilities: Provide personalized patient care by collaborating with healthcare team members, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans to promote health or ensure comfort. Manage and utilize skills such as maintaining a-lines, BIPAP, trachs, temporary epicardial pacemakers, Blake drains, chest tubes, and drips, ensuring high-quality care and patient safety.
• Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a current RN license in the appropriate state. Preferred one year of relevant experience. If your license has been inactive, retired, or lapsed for five or more years, completion of a board-approved refresher course is required prior to reinstatement, with application for licensure within one year of course completion.
• Skills: Strong leadership, compassionate patient communication, and adherence to policies and procedures.
