Job summary

Beloit Memorial Hospital is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory team. You will deliver advanced cardiovascular care, assist physicians, monitor patients, and educate families in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.

The ideal candidate has a nursing degree from an accredited program, Wisconsin RN licensure, and BLS/ACLS certifications within specified timeframes. Emphasis on teamwork and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
• Wisconsin RN licensure or multistate licensure required.
• BLS certification within three months of hire; ACLS within six months.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert nursing care before, during, and after cardiac, peripheral vascular, and electrophysiology procedures.
• Directly assist physicians during procedures and interventions.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond quickly to changing clinical situations.
• Administer medications safely and accurately.
• Prepare patients and equipment for procedures.
• Perform and support stress testing, EKGs, and other diagnostic services.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Educate patients and families about procedures, recovery, and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure exceptional outcomes.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development.
• Promote a culture of safety, compassion, and excellence.

Beloit Health System is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our high-performing Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory team at Beloit Memorial Hospital.

In this fast-paced, highly specialized environment, you'll play a vital role in delivering advanced cardiovascular care while collaborating with physicians, cardiovascular technologists, radiology staff, and fellow nurses. From cardiac catheterizations and electrophysiology procedures to stress testing and EKG services, you'll help patients receive exceptional care during some of their most critical moments.

Registered Nurse (RN) - Cardiac Cath Lab

• Sign-On Bonus: Yes


• Shift: 1st


• Schedule: 7a-5:30p and Call Rotation


• Hours per week: 40 hours per week


• Benefits Status: Benefit Eligible


• Department: Cardiac Cath Lab

As a Cardiac Cath Lab RN, you will:

Job Requirements:

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing.


• ADN, Diploma, BSN or MSN degree acceptable.


• State of Wisconsin or multistate nursing licensure required. (Must request WI licensure within 30 days).


• Must be BLS certified within three months of hire.


• ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire.


• Strong critical thinking and clinical judgment


• Ability to remain calm and effective during emergent situations


• Excellent communication and teamwork skills


• Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous learning


• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the care team
