Job summary

HCA Florida Largo Hospital is seeking a Cath Lab Registered Nurse for our Cardiac Catheterization Lab. You will deliver high-quality care in a procedural setting, supporting a collaborative team dedicated to patient safety and efficient care.

Responsibilities include intra-procedure assessment, assisting physicians, maintaining records, and medication administration. Requires valid Florida RN license, ACLS/BLS, and 1 year Cath Lab RN experience; associates degree required.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum RN experience in Cath Lab
• ACLS and BLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment
• Florida RN licensure required; compact licensure acceptable with FL license within 60 days
• RN with Associate Degree required

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, intervene and evaluate care of Cardiac Cath patients intra-procedure
• Assist physicians in operative procedures
• Maintain and review patients’ records including posting tests and exam results
• Administer medications per physician orders

Job Summary and Qualifications

We are seeking a Cath Lab Registered Nurse in our Cardiac Catheterization Lab. You will provide clinical expertise to ensure all patients receive high quality, efficient care in a procedural environment. What you will do in this role:

• You will assess, plan, intervene and evaluate the care of Cardiac Cath patients intra-procedure.
• You will assist physicians in operative procedures.
• You will maintain and review patients’ records including posting tests and examination results
• You will administer medications in accordance with physician orders

What qualifications you will need:

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• REQUIRED:1 year minimum RN experience in Cath Lab
• PREFERRED:One to three years’ experience as a Cardiac Cath Lab Technician
• (RN) Registered Nurse (Associate Degree)
• Must be licensed as a Florida Registered Nurse in accordance with state regulations or appropriate compact licensure. If compact license held, active FL RN license required within60days of hire.
