Opened in 2010, Palmdale Regional Medical Center is a 184-bed, acute care hospital located in Palmdale, CA. One of Southern California’s newest hospitals and featuring all-private patient rooms, Palmdale Regional provides high-quality, award-winning patient care to residents and visitors of the Antelope Valley and surrounding areas. Position Description

Provides safe, competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy. Provides professional leadership and support to the healthcare team. The concepts of Patient Centered Care provide the foundation for all nursing care. Demonstrates Service Excellence standards at all times.

Qualifications

Job Duties/Responsibilities

  • Prefer one year full time or three years part time experience in acute care setting.
  • Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
  • BLS and ACLS (current on hire)
  • Current state nursing license.
  • PALS or NRP (current or obtained within 90 days of employment) in required specialty.
  • CPI is required within 30 days of hire.
