Your Role Includes
- Delivering compassionate care to elderly or chronically ill residents
- Collaborating with providers and care teams to create personalized plans
- Supervising LPNs and nursing aides in daily tasks
- Monitoring, documenting, and adjusting care as needed
- Promoting dignity, comfort, and respect in every patient interaction
Ideal Candidate
- Registered Nurse licensed in Canada
- NCLEX-RN eligible (exam support provided)
- Experience or interest in geriatrics or long-term care
- Strong English communication skills
- Willingness to relocate to the U.S. for permanent work
