Responsibilities

• Provide assessment, treatment and patient care appropriate to patient age group.
• Document and communicate patient needs and changes in condition.
• Transcribe orders accurately and seek clarification when needed.
• Administer IV medications and titrate infusions per policy.
• Collaborate with health care team and participate in rounds.
• Ensure safety, infection control and quality improvement practices.
• Orient and supervise staff as needed.
