The RN will review and coordinate patient records, assist with care plans, and support admissions, recertifications, and discharges under the Director of Clinical Services. Bilingual Spanish/English skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Florida.
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience (Home Health preferred).
• Strong knowledge of clinical documentation and compliance standards.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.

Position Overview:
