• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership in a professional practice setting.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to evaluate clinical care and health services.
• Assigns tasks based on patient needs and staff skill level.
• Promotes patient safety initiatives and quality improvement.
• Utilizes nursing process to assess, plan, and implement a patient care plan.
• Communicates patient changes to physician and supervisor and documents accordingly.
