Job summary

RI International in Washington state is hiring a Registered Nurse to oversee medical, psychiatric, substance use, and nursing care for individuals served. You will coordinate with public and private health and social service partners and lead assessments and treatment plans.

The RN provides counseling, helps develop educational plans, monitors vital signs and medications, and works with an interdisciplinary team to improve outcomes. This is a full-time, non-exempt position with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing as a Registered Nurse.
• Valid and current state RN license (Compact licensure preferred).
• Experience in behavioral health settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee medical, psychiatric and nursing care for individuals served.
• Coordinate services with health, mental health and social service agencies.
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide individual and family counseling.
• Administer medications per protocol.
• Ensure clinical documentation meets regulatory standards.
