Job summary

Henry Ford Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for Henry Ford Jackson to lead coordination and delivery of compassionate patient care on 3-12 hour night shifts (7pm–7:30am) with weekend and holiday requirements. You will apply the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, while mentoring staff and documenting teaching for patients and families.

The role requires graduation from an accredited nursing program, Michigan licensure, BCLS certification, and strong communication

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• If ADN, must be willing to enroll in an accredited BSN program within 3 years of start date, obtain BSN within 5 years of start date.
• Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing.
• Health care provider certification (BCLS).
• Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities to formulate effective nursing care plans.
• Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services.
• Effective communication skills with patients, families, and hospital personnel.
