Job summary

Promises/The Ranch TN in Nunnelly, TN is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care in a medical detoxification and residential program. The RN will coordinate care with the health team and follow nursing processes and standards.

The role requires an active RN license and BLS/CPR certification, with 3–5 years in behavioral health or detox settings preferred. Excellent documentation, confidentiality, and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• BLS/CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee medical orders and patient care in detox/residential settings.
• Triage medical concerns and administer medications as directed by physician.
• Monitor patient self-administration of medications.
• Document patient observations in records per policy.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
• Assist with admission and discharge processes.
