The RN will monitor vitals, document progress in EMRs, and participate in best-practice updates while providing high-quality care in a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Current unencumbered state license as a Registered Nurse.
• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Responsabilités

• Assess patients’ health needs and develop and implement care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and report any changes to staff.
• Communicate with patients and families to provide education and support.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
• Document patients’ progress and outcomes using electronic medical records.
• Stay up-to-date with current nursing research and best practices.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to improve skills.
• Other duties as assigned.
