The role involves delegation, validation, evaluation, and coordination of care, overseeing care provided by others, and coordinating activities among staff, physicians, and support services.

Qualifications

Required Education, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License

• BSN in progress or willing to acquire within three years of hire
