Job summary

Cooper University Health Care in Camden, NJ is seeking an experienced OR RN Circulator to join our fast-paced surgical team. The role focuses on delivering patient-centered care within a multidisciplinary environment, following nursing process and Cooper standards.

The ideal candidate has 1 year OR circulator experience or completed Peri-op 101, holds NLN-accredited nursing education, and current NJ RN license with BLS. Availability Friday and Saturday is required.

Qualifications

Must have 1 year OR RN Circulator experience or completed Peri-op 101.
Graduate of NLN accredited School of Nursing.
Current NJ-RN License and BLS certification; CNOR preferred.

Responsibilities

Follows established policies and procedures.
Communicates openly with internal customers and supervisors.
Provides excellent customer service interfacing with staff, management and physicians.

The Registered RN is a professional care-giver who, as a member of a multidisciplinaryhealth care team, assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of patients for adesignated time frame and who supervises and provides care to these patients utilizing thenursing process including the therapeutic use of self.
