RN Position Summary

• Performs planning and intervention, including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments.
• Documents patient care accurately.
• Monitors, records, and communicates patient conditions to the care team, physicians, patients, and families.
• Assists patients with activities of daily living such as hygiene, nutrition, and mobility.
• Collaborates across disciplines for patient care, transfers, discharges, referrals, and psychosocial support.
• Provides education tailored to patient and family needs, considering age, culture, and circumstances.
• Acts as an advocate for the patient’s physical and emotional well-being.

Minimum Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing (Required)
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Preferred)
• Current RN license in Kentucky
• BCLS Certification
