Job summary

Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center (ARRMC) is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Endoscopy Department. This on-call, variable-hours role supports endoscopic procedures, including ERCP, bronchoscopy, and biopsies, in a high-volume setting.

Qualified candidates will have a nursing degree, Oregon RN licensure, BLS, and 1–2 years of endoscopy/acute care experience. Hospital benefits and competitive pay included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of endoscopy experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of acute care nursing experience (Critical Care, PACU, OR, or procedural area) preferred.
• RN: Registered Nurse licensed in Oregon required upon start.
• BLS certification required upon start.

• Deliver nursing care for assigned patients using the nursing process.
• Provide compassionate care and contribute to operational improvements.
• Coordinate and support endoscopy procedures and patient flow.

SalaryRange: $53.99 - $72.47

Shift Differentials:

• $2.50 extra for working between 3:00pm - 11:00pm
• $10.00 extra for working between 11:01pm and 7:00am
• $2.50 extra for working weekends

Position Summary

With five procedure rooms, the Endoscopy Department at Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center (ARRMC) sees an average of 5,500 patients a year. In addition to screening endoscopy and colonoscopy, we perform many therapeutic procedures such as: endoscopic cholangiopancreatography (ERCP), Esophageal Motility Studies, EBUS, bronchoscopy, and liver biopsy.

A Registered Nurse is a professional caregiver responsible and accountable for his/her practice for assigned patient(s). Utilizing the nursing process, the RN delivers superb health care in a compassionate manner, is committed to excellence and empowered to streamline and improve operations.

Position Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of endoscopy experience is preferred
• Minimum 1 year of acute care nursing experience (Critical Care, PACU, OR, or procedural area) is preferred
