Make a Difference

The Ambulatory Triage Registered Nurse is a vital member of the Broad Ripple Family Medicine Care team. Responsibilities include phone triage, patient education, scheduling appointments, prior authorizations, prescription refills, referrals, care coordination, and other related tasks as needed. There may be an opportunity to transition to a hybrid schedule, with work primarily onsite at our office on the north side of Indianapolis.

Skills and Qualifications

• Graduate of an NLN, CCNE, ACEN, or NLN CNEA accredited nursing program, or at least three years of related professional nursing experience.
• Valid RN license to practice in Indiana, as recognized by the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).
• Minimum of three years of nursing experience.
• Previous experience in medical office or outpatient settings preferred.
• Excellent teamwork skills.
• Compassionate, caring, accountable, and self-directed.
