The Ambulatory Triage Registered Nurse functions as a member of the Family Medicine Care team, conducting duties such as phone triage, patient education, scheduling appointments, prior authorizations, prescription refill, referrals, care coordination, and other related tasks as needed. The nurse will support primary care practices for Pendleton and Fortville.The nurse will work onsite in the Pendleton office located in Pendleton, Indiana.
