Job summary

Community Health Network is seeking an Ambulatory Triage Registered Nurse for Family Medicine Care in Pendleton, Indiana. Qualifications

• Graduate of NLN, CCNE, ACEN, or NLN CNEA accredited nursing program, or three years of related professional nursing experience.
• Licensed RN in Indiana with a valid license in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).
• Three years or more of nursing experience required.
• Previous medical office/outpatient experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct phone triage, patient education, scheduling appointments, and prior authorizations.
• Handle prescription refills, referrals, and care coordination as needed.
