Job summary

Dickson Health and Rehab in Dickson, TN is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to oversee resident care, administer medications, and supervise nursing staff in a long-term care setting. Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct and individualized nursing care to residents
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes appropriately
• Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) on shift
• Complete accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility policies
• Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary team meetings
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Respond to emergencies and provide appropriate interventions
• Maintain infection control and safety standards

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Tennessee
• Current CPR certification (required)
