Agape Care Group is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our after-hours hospice team in Missouri. This full-time, salaried role covers on-call from 5pm Friday to 8am Monday, providing compassionate care and patient advocacy with support from a 24/7 triage RN team and the local hospice staff.

Qualified candidates hold an RN license, have 2+ years of clinical nursing experience (hospice preferred), and demonstrate reliability in transportation and physical requirements.

Qualifications

• A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state license as a registered nurse.
• 2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting (hospice experience preferred).
• Reliable transportation. Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift 80-100 lbs and bear the weight of an average adult.

Responsabilités

• Provide after-hours on-call RN coverage from 5pm Friday to 8am Monday.
• Advocate for patients and communicate with the plan of care among patient, family, and hospice team.

As a registered nurse, you’ll be a voice for your patients, all while communicating with everyone involved in the plan of care—the patient, the patient’s family, and the hospice care team. You’ll serve as the patient advocate being able to ensure every patient receives the quality care they deserve. After-Hours Hospice RNs are salaried full-time positions to cover on call after hours from 5pm on Friday to 8am Monday morning. You will be fully supported by our 24/7 RN staffed Triage Department alongside your local hospice team.
