LaserAway is seeking a Registered Nurse in Atlanta to provide aesthetic treatments and patient care. The role includes clinical responsibilities and building long-term relationships with patients.

In this full-time position, RNs will perform various cosmetic procedures with comprehensive hands-on training provided from day one. Competitive compensation includes a base pay of $40/hr plus a weekend differential, along with benefits like medical insurance and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• Current RN license required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in acute care, or 2 years in aesthetics practice.
• Must be eager to learn and adaptable.

Responsibilities

• Perform laser, injectable, and skin rejuvenation treatments.
• Conduct consultations and design treatment plans.
• Document patient interactions accurately.
• Collaborate with Patient Care Coordinators for seamless operation.

Registered Nurse - Aesthetic Training Provided

$40/hr base + $5/hr weekend differential · No overnights · Weekend availability required

You’ll be the clinical expert patients trust to achieve results they didn’t think were possible without surgery — owning every treatment relationship from first consult through long-term results.

What You'll Own

Your patient's full clinical journey — from initial skin assessment and treatment planning through follow-up care and long-term results. You'll build relationships with patients who come back because of you, not just the brand.

Day-to-day: performing laser, injectable, and skin rejuvenation treatments; conducting consultations; designing individualized treatment plans; documenting accurately; and partnering with Patient Care Coordinators and Location Directors to run a seamless clinic floor.

You’ll work with a custom EMR built for LaserAway — fully digital and designed to simplify charting so you stay focused on patients, not paperwork. And as we continuously add the latest FDA-cleared technologies to our treatment menu, you’ll always be practicing at the forefront of aesthetic medicine.

TRACK A - CLINICAL BACKGROUND

TRACK B - AESTHETICS BACKGROUND

• Current RN license (state-issued)
• 2+ years in aesthetics practice
• Looking for structure, volume, and a growth path
• Professional, dependable, and genuinely patient-centered
• Weekend and evening availability required
• Comfortable in a high-volume clinic environment treating 15‑25 patients per day
• Work at up to 3 assigned locations within a 30 mile radius.
• Full-time hours (approx. 36–40 hrs/week)
