Job summary

LaserAway is hiring a Registered Nurse for its new location in Bethesda Row. As the clinical expert, you will lead patient treatment journeys and perform laser, injectable, and skin rejuvenation procedures. Full training is available for those eager to enter aesthetics. Expect to handle a high volume of patients daily.

Qualifications

• Current RN license required.
• 1+ year of acute care experience (ER, ICU, or Med-Surg).
• Eager to build aesthetics skills; full training provided.
• 2+ years in aesthetics practice preferred for Track B.

Responsibilities

• Perform laser, injectable, and rejuvenation treatments.
• Conduct patient consultations and individualize treatment plans.
• Document treatments accurately and partner with coordinators.
• Work in high-volume settings treating 15-25 patients daily.

*Please note this is a brand new location at Bethesda Row that will be opening on July 22nd, so the expected start date will be July 6th!

You’ll be the clinical expert patients trust to achieve results they didn’t think were possible without surgery — owning every treatment relationship from first consult through long‑term results.

What You’ll Own

Your patient’s full clinical journey — from initial skin assessment and treatment planning through follow‑up care and long‑term results. You’ll build relationships with patients who come back because of you, not just the brand.

Day‑to‑day: performing laser, injectable, and skin rejuvenation treatments; conducting consultations; designing individualized treatment plans; documenting accurately; and partnering with Patient Care Coordinators and Location Directors to run a seamless clinic floor.

You’ll work with a custom EMR built for LaserAway — fully digital and designed to simplify charting so you stay focused on patients, not paperwork. And as we continuously add the latest FDA‑cleared technologies to our treatment menu, you’ll always be practicing at the forefront of aesthetic medicine.

• Work at up to 3 assigned locations within a 30 mile radius‑North Bethesda
• Full‑time hours (approx. 36–40 hrs/week) — estimated $104 K–$114 K annually at full‑time
