Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency seeks an Inpatient Registered Nurse to deliver comprehensive patient care in a clinical setting, including assessments, treatments, medications, and diagnostic studies.

You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans, educate patients and families, monitor responses, delegate tasks, troubleshoot equipment, and participate in safety-focused quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing.
• Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Valid nursing license or eligibility for Temporary Practice Permit until NCLEX.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities: Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop, coordinate, and evaluate individualized care plans; provide education to patients and families; monitor patient responses and adjust interventions; delegate tasks appropriately to team members; troubleshoot equipment issues; participate in quality improvement initiatives; and promote safety and teamwork.

Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing; demonstrate strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills; be willing to learn and grow within a dynamic environment; and hold a valid nursing license or be eligible to work under a Temporary Practice Permit until NCLEX is obtained.

Key Duties: Manage patient care for a new advanced acute care unit with private rooms; work evening shifts with support for professional development; participate in patient safety and quality initiatives; and contribute to a collaborative, safety-focused environment.
