Responsibilities

Conducting patient assessments, developing and coordinating individualized care plans, administering treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures, and evaluating intervention outcomes.

Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs.
