Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a registered nurse to provide direct inpatient nursing care, assess patients, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate intervention effectiveness to ensure quality and safety.

The role includes 7p-7:30a shifts with every other weekend and holiday work, engaging in unit-based decision-making, quality improvement, and safety initiatives that promote patient satisfaction and optimal health outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from a recognized nursing program with ability to perform comprehensive assessments and communicate effectively within a team.
• Demonstrates compassionate care, strong problem-solving, and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Ability to coordinate education, discharge planning, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct inpatient nursing care and assess patients to develop individualized care plans.
• Implement and evaluate care plans, administer treatments and medications, and troubleshoot equipment.

Graduate from a recognized nursing program (Bachelor’s preferred), with the ability to perform comprehensive assessments, prioritize patient needs, and communicate effectively within a team. Demonstrates compassionate care, problem-solving skills, and adherence to policies and procedures.
