Job summary

Live Well Homecare seeks a qualified nurse to provide comprehensive inpatient care in a trauma-step down/telemetry unit, promoting patient safety, satisfaction, and compassionate interactions.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Specialty Training Program-Nursing.
• Ability to assess physical, psychological, social, cultural and spiritual needs.

• Experience in acute care settings is preferred.

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Conducts assessments, develops and implements care plans, administers treatments and medications, and evaluates patient responses. Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care, resolve issues, and ensure optimal patient outcomes. Participates in quality improvement and safety initiatives, and actively engages in unit decision-making and evidence-based practices.

Qualifications & Skills

Graduate of Specialty Training Program-Nursing; demonstrated ability to assess physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs; strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. Experience in acute care settings is preferred but not required.
