  • Develop, coordinate, and implement individualized care plans, including patient education and discharge planning.
  • Evaluate nursing interventions and modify care plans based on patient responses.
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to meet patient needs.
  • Delegate tasks and promote teamwork, adjusting assignments as patient conditions change.
  • Manage equipment troubleshooting and participate in evidence-based practice initiatives.
  • Contribute to quality, safety, and organizational improvement efforts.
