Role:

Inpatient Registered Nurse providing comprehensive care on a 19-bed Medical unit.

Responsibilities:

Assess patient needs, develop and coordinate individualized care plans, deliver treatments and medications, and evaluate intervention effectiveness.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, and promote safety and patient satisfaction.

Participate in quality improvement, safety initiatives, and unit-based decision-making.

Ensure compassionate patient interactions and optimize patient and family experiences.

• Complete assessments within scope of practice and unit standards
• Provide direct patient care including treatments, medications, and diagnostics
• Revise care plans based on patient responses
• Troubleshoot equipment and participate in evidence-based practice
• Engage in team goals and quality metrics
• Contribute to safety and education programs

Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate from Specialty Training Program-Nursing, with strong assessment, communication, and collaboration skills. Ability to handle diverse patient needs and participate actively in a team environment.
