Role Overview: The Inpatient Registered Nurse provides comprehensive patient care in an advanced acute care unit, assessing, planning, and evaluating nursing activities to meet patient needs. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, addressing physical and psychosocial needs, formulating care plans, administering treatments and medications, and evaluating intervention effectiveness.
