Job summary

CoxHealth in Springfield, MO is seeking a Psychiatric Unit Nurse (RN) to care for patients with behavioral health needs in an acute care setting. You will perform intake interviews, assess patients, establish a plan of care, and maintain a safe therapeutic environment.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, lead therapeutic groups when needed, and demonstrate strong communication, critical thinking, and time management skills. Missouri RN licensure is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program or NLN approved program (required).
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
