Job summary

Hospice & Community Care is seeking an experienced RN to join the Admissions team. You will provide nursing services, respond to inquiries and referrals, and address urgent and ongoing needs for patients and caregivers.

This role covers Lancaster, York and surrounding counties. Orientation is 5-6 weeks; hours are 8am - 5pm. Position is full-time with PRN as needed and not in the inpatient center.

• Provides nursing services, responds to inquiries and referrals.
• Supports and enhances mission, promoting excellence in end-of-life care.

Orientation: 5-6 weeks full time, 8am - 5pm
