A leading healthcare provider is seeking a skilled Nurse to deliver high-quality patient care and support the healthcare needs of the community. POSITION SUMMARY:
To fulfill the needs of patients in various age groups, their families, and the community by performing diverse patient care tasks in accordance with licensure, certification, training, and regulatory requirements.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing required. Effective 12/1/11, all new hires must have a BSN or a Master’s degree in Nursing. Current/valid State of New Jersey license (or legal permission to work from the New Jersey Board of Nursing).
EXPERIENCE:
Computer and keyboard skills. Medical terminology required.
SPECIAL SKILLS:
Physical and cognitive requirements include a full range of body motions such as assisting patients physically, stretching, bending, lifting, sitting, kneeling, stooping, standing, walking, pushing, and pulling. The position is classified as Very Heavy Work according to USDOL standards, involving exertion of over 100 pounds of force occasionally, over 50 pounds frequently, and over 20 pounds constantly to move objects. NIOSH guidelines, which recommend not lifting more than 51 pounds without assistance, will be followed. Manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, effective communication skills, and the ability to perform under stress are required. Tasks involve walking, standing, sitting, reaching, filing, typing, and photocopying. Must perform work accurately, pay attention to details, and adapt quickly to changing priorities and environments, especially with patients with complex health conditions. Ability to work cooperatively within a multidisciplinary team and utilize effective time management skills is essential.

Benefits
Salary: Starting from $44.40 to $55.50 per hour, depending on experience, education, and licensure. Actual salaries may vary. The listed salary does not include other compensation or benefits.
