Job summary

Addiction Recovery Care, LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Wisconsin-based treatment team, focused on safety and well-being of clients during rehab.

You will conduct nursing assessments, manage medications, educate on health topics, and coordinate with case managers to ensure privacy and quality care. The role requires an active RN license, experience in substance abuse, and a commitment to confidentiality and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Active license as a Registered Nurse in Kentucky.
• 2 or more years of experience as a Registered Nurse preferred.
• Substance abuse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conducts Nursing Assessments and monitoring of clients
• Member of the Treatment Team.
• Handles the medication management; trains staff on medication dispensing.
• Ensures Universal Precautions of the center.
• Facilitates Health Education groups including General Health Education, Medication/Drug Interactions.
• Observe and assess clients for clinical signs and symptoms and follow the prescribed course of treatment.
• Determines and implements specific protocol as designated by the Doctor.
• Maintain confidentiality at all times displaying a professional disposition towards fellow staff.
• Bring policy/personnel issues to supervision as they arise.
• Ability to interact with a multi-disciplinary team to assist in facets of the recovery program relating to physical health.
