The position requires a Wisconsin RN license, ADN or BSN, and 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience (preferably in addiction medicine or behavioral health). Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN).
• 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience in a healthcare setting (preferably addiction medicine or behavioral health outpatient).
• Preferred bilingual English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient-centered care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Performs clinical procedures and administers medications, injections, treatments per policies.
• Maintains accurate patient data (vital signs, histories, progress notes, EHR).
• Coordinates patient care by processing orders, referrals, follow-ups for continuity.
• Communicates with patients about care, education and follow-up instructions.
• Collaborates with providers and teams to deliver high-quality care and case management.
• Mentors staff onboarding, training and professional development.
• Maintains required certifications, licensure, and competency through ongoing education.
• Attends department meetings and participates in quality initiatives.
